Nokia offers free replacement of a set of chargers found to be defective. The affected chargers are those manufactured by BYD between June 15, 2009 and August 9, 2009 and with the following model types:
AC -3U
AC-3E
and those manufactured by BYD between April 13, 2009 and October 25, 2009 and with the following model type:
AC-4U

 Apparently, the casing of these chargers may come off when being unplugged and may cause electrocution if the user is not careful. If you have one of these defective units, please check out this link:
